About Us

Forest of Lights is the latest iteration in our desire to develop our family land by rethinking how it can be used. Land in Western New York is not agriculturally competitive but is quite beautiful. By taking advantage of the natural scenery and our skillsets we’re creating something completely unique that we hope to share with others. We currently run a campsite out of our land.

Keith Hartloff - Retired from the Air Force after 22 years of service leading Electronic Ordinance Disposal operations at Niagara Air Force Base. Currently managing the campground, IT consulting, and performing city fireworks shows.

Matt Hartloff - Founder of Snapspheres a custom globe manufacturer. Full-stack software developer of 20 years. Degrees in Computer Science and Biology. I believe in bringing cool new things into this world using emerging technology.

Jesse Hartloff - Doctorate and Professor of Computer Science at the University At Buffalo. Background includes degrees in business and electrical engineering and, of course, fireworks.
